Dorothy Smith

I joined Eric’s Team from the field operations of Lincoln Financial Advisors. I have spent most of her career employed with Metropolitan Life doing many different jobs such as project management, customer service, reinsurance, and finance. In my role as Practice Manager, I run the day-to-day operations of the practice, handling many of the “behind-the-scenes” activities that allows us to provide great service to our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping physically fit, enhancing my creative side, giving back to the community, and spending time with my family. Through the years, I have coached, mentored, and gained valuable relationships with people from various backgrounds. (Even the little ones…. coached baseball and basketball!)

I am proud parent of 2 children and 8 grandchildren. I am very excited to utilize my exceptional skills and background to enhance Eric’s One Source Wealth management’s growing team.
